PRE-FEASIBILITY STUDIES

Decision-Grade Pre-Feasibility Studies for Investment and Development

Minvest prepares and delivers Pre-Feasibility Studies (PFS) designed to support robust investment and development decisions under JORC (2012) and NI 43-101 reporting frameworks. Our PFS work provides a technically coherent and economically defensible bridge between Mineral Resource definition and full Feasibility Studies.

We undertake PFS work with a clear focus on realism, optionality and material risk. Studies are structured to test development concepts, mining and processing options, production profiles and capital intensity, while identifying the technical and economic drivers that will ultimately determine project viability and reserve conversion potential.

Our PFS delivery integrates geology, resource modelling, mine planning, metallurgy, infrastructure and economic evaluation into a single, decision-focused framework. This integrated approach allows Minvest to identify inconsistencies between disciplines early and to resolve the common disconnects that often undermine study outcomes at later stages.

Minvest's role extends beyond coordination. We prepare, review and take responsibility for PFS-level technical and economic outputs, including mine plans, production schedules, cost models and economic analyses, ensuring that assumptions are transparent, defensible and aligned with downstream Feasibility Study and Ore Reserve requirements.

PFS work is led by professionals with direct operational experience, enabling practical assessment of execution risk, development sequencing and schedule realism. The outcome is a Pre-Feasibility Study that not only meets reporting expectations, but provides a reliable foundation for investment decisions, further optimisation or advancement to DFS.
