About

Minvest is a UAE-based strategic mining advisory company, established to address two fundamental questions faced across the mining sector: whether capital should be committed to a project, and how an existing asset can be developed into its most technically and economically robust form.

Positioned in the Gulf and working at the intersection of capital, resources and complex jurisdictions,

Our advisory combines feasibility-level judgement, disciplined engineering and geological understanding to identify what is materially value-driving — enabling informed decisions on investment, development, optimisation or exit.

Enes Çimen

Enes Çimen

Founder & Managing Director

Enes Çimen is a resource geologist and strategic advisor with over 13 years of experience across mineral resource estimation, mine planning, feasibility studies and investment-critical technical advisory.

He founded Minvest to provide senior-level technical judgement where mining decisions involve material capital, operational complexity and jurisdictional risk. Mr. Çimen's experience spans mining assets at various stages of development across Africa, Central Asia and the Balkans. He has worked closely with institutional and strategic investors, including IRH and BMRC Group, supporting investment evaluation, project development strategies and technically driven capital allocation decisions.

In parallel with his advisory work, he serves as Co-Founder & CEO of Aurora Gold Trading UAE and Co-Founder & CEO of Aurora Mining DRC, bringing direct operational and cross-border execution perspective into his advisory judgement.

He holds an MSc in Geological Engineering from Hacettepe University and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM).
